OPINIÓN PERSONAL - PERSONAL OPINION

ESPAÑOL
A mí, personalmente, me ha gustado mucho trabajar sobre este tema, sobre todo a la hora de fabricar el lapicero, todos, en general, nos hemos ayudado, hemos aprendido a trabajar en grupo, a como usar algunas herramientas...
Espero poder realizar, otro año, la planificación y construcción de objetos en el taller.

To me, personally, I really enjoyed working on this issue, especially when making the pen, all in general, we have helped, we learned to work in groups on how to use some tools ...

Hacemos los agujeros en los pliegues de las piezas que anteriormente señalamos con el granete.

ESTUDIO DEL MATERIAL - STUDY OF MATERIAL

ESPAÑOL
El aluminio se extrae de un material llamado bauxita.
Propiedades: muy ligero, poca resistencia mecánica, blando, se corta y se raya con mucha facilidad.
Aplicaciones: latas, ventanas, bicicletas, etc.

The aluminium is extracted from a material called bauxite.
Properties: very light, few mechanical resistance, soft, it cuts and scratches with many facility.
Applications: tins, windows, bicycles, etc.

HERRAMIENTAS - TOOLS

Remachadora: la utilizaré para juntar las piezas del lapicero mediante los agujeros de los pliegues.

Riveter: I will use it to join the pieces of the pencilholder by means of the holes of the folds.







Taladro: lo utilizaré para hacer los agujeros en los pliegues de las piezas para después juntarlos.

Taladro: I will use it to make the holes in the folds of the pieces later to join them.





Granete: lo utilizaré para marcar un poco el lugar en el que haré el agujero con el taladro evitando que este se deslice.

Granete: I will use it to mark a bit the place in which I will do the hole with the drill preventing this one from slipping.





Tijeras de metal: las utilizaré para cortar el metal que necesite.


Metal scissors: I will use them to cut the metal that I need.






Martillo de goma: lo utilizaré para doblar los pliegues de las piezas.

Hammer of rubber:I will use it to double the folds of the pieces.





Lima: la utilizaré para limar los bordes que sobresalgan del metal.

Lima: I will use it to smooth the edges that stand out of the metal.






Regla: la utilizaré para medir los cm del metal que cortaré.

Rule: I will use it to measure the cm of the metal that I
will cut.

CÁLCULO DEL COSTE ECONÓMICO - CALCULATION OF THE ECONOMIC COST

Para calcular el coste económico de metal de mi lapicero debo calcular el área total de las piezas que lo forman por 0,4 que son los céntimos por cm2 que cuesta el metal. Área total x cent/cm2

To calculate the economic cost of metal of my pencilholder I must calculate the total area of the pieces that they it form for 0,4 that are the cents for cm2 that costs the metal. Total area x cent/cm2

CÁLCULO DEL ÁREA - CALCULATION OF THE AREA

Pieza 1
Rectángulo grande de la base: b x a --> 31 x 6= 186cm2
Rectángulos pequeños de arriba: b x a --> 5 x 6= 30 x 2= 60cm2
Triángulos superiores: b x a/2 x 2 --> 6 x 6= 36/2= 18 x 2= 36cm2
TOTAL= 186 + 60 + 36= 282cm2

Pieza 2
12 X 5= 60cm2

Pieza 3
17 x 12= 204cm2

ÁREA TOTAL= 282 + 60 + 204= 546cm2
